Our Operations

The hospital-linked home care (LAH) provides specialized home care in the areas of palliative and medical care.

We are present both in the patient's home and in our care department, and the operations run around the clock. Our mission is to care for our patients at home but, if necessary, also in the hospital and then in our own department. We work for a complete care chain to create security for our connected patients. We are about 35 employees and have a very nice climate in the workgroup.

Your Mission

Usual tasks as a nurse. LAH applies an integrated working method, which means that you work both in the care department and in the patient's home. You will work independently, and in home care freely and flexibly, which makes the work varied!

As a new employee with us at the Hospital in Enköping, you will receive a solid and supportive start to your career. In addition to your workplace-specific introduction, you will also participate in our extensive introduction week for new employees, KULE - Clinical Education Hospital in Enköping, where we offer an interprofessional setup. Here, you will meet and collaborate with colleagues from several different professional categories. For newly graduated nurses, we also offer enhanced introduction for an additional three months. This includes reflective professional supervision as well as shadowing and coaching from our clinical adjunct. You will also participate in practical training at our KTE (clinical training unit, Hospital in Enköping), a safe and supportive environment to practice and develop your skills.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, with a strong emphasis on interest in the overall operation and personal suitability. It is advantageous if you have further education in palliative care, experience in palliative care, or experience in home care, but it is not a requirement. A driver's license is required.

Your Competence

You have good communication and collaboration skills, work well in a team but also enjoy working independently. As a person, you are structured and proactive. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

We Offer

We offer a permanent full-time position (or part-time if desired), with start date to be agreed upon. With us, you will work days, evenings, and weekends. Since the operations have several focuses, we have placed great emphasis on well-thought-out, long introductions that are tailored to your needs so that you feel secure in the various parts of the operations.
